General
RightValue is a Google Chrome extension that gives property investors, deal sourcers, landlords, and developers quick access to sold price data, comparable properties, and a property address finder while browsing listings online.
Once installed, RightValue works alongside your normal property browsing. When you view a property listing, RightValue gives you quick access to sold price data, comparable properties, and helps you find property addresses using house sold price records, reducing the friction and excessive clicking that typically slows down property research.
RightValue is designed for anyone who regularly analyses property opportunities, including property investors, deal sourcers, landlords, developers, refurb and flip investors, and portfolio builders.
RightValue is currently available as a Google Chrome extension. Support for other Chromium-based browsers may be considered in the future.

The address finder helps you locate property addresses using house sold price data. When browsing listings, it can help you identify the exact address behind a property, making it easier to research its sold price history and comparable sales.
The address finder relies on house sold price records to identify property addresses. If a property has no sold price history, for example new-build properties or properties that have not changed hands in recent years, the address finder may not be able to return a result. In these cases, you can still use RightValue's other features like sold prices and comparables for nearby properties.
